A week overdue today, but the baby is well - too well, maybe, because the womb seems preferable to getting out into the real world. In fact, Stefania thought that the womb was a better place to stay as well. So on Tuesday there is another monitoring session, and if nothing happens in the meantime Pinuccia will be admitted to the hospital and the baby will be induced on Wednesday, 10 days after the due date, just as happened with Stefania. Pinuccia has been ordered by the doctor to do lots of stairs and tiring work and walks, so I will be making her do all the cleaning and shopping for the next few days.
For the rest of the week, my usual work in summer (of study preparation and computer work) went ahead. I also managed to play with the band in a parade and a concert in a town half an hour north of here last night - keeping my eye on my phone all the time, but with no calls.
